The Harvest Festival Auction was held on Friday 20th October with plenty of fine produce on show and a full house. Christmas events will be advertised in due course, and we look forward to welcoming friends old and new during the festive season.
Many readers will no doubt have heard of ‘The Horse Whisperer’ thanks to the film starring Robert Redford. However, David and Linda Bull, who have kept horses for many years, were thrilled last week to be able to meet the genuine article in the form of Monty Roberts, ‘the man who listens to horses’. Although they had met him on a previous occasion, this time they had the opportunity to take their own horse, Shude Hill Magic, to a session where he was demonstrating his methods with horses with specific behavioural problems to members of the Intelligent Horsemanship Association.
